AILA
She does the work. You decide.
One AILA for every job your company has — from the Friday invoices to the work that takes a team of specialists months. And she shows her receipts.
Two minutes. All of it made by AILA.

Watch her work.
Seven scanned invoices, an order export, a price list. This is the real screen — uncut, at real speed. Nobody steps in.
The request, as typed:
The folder C:\Demo\September_Invoices has our suppliers' scanned invoices for September, the order export from our ERP and the agreed prices. Check every invoice against its order and the agreed price. Make an Excel workbook September_invoice_check.xlsx with all invoices and lines, the discrepancies (price, quantity, duplicates, invoices without an order) and the amount to dispute per supplier and in total; prepare a letter in Word to each supplier with a problem, listing the exact discrepancies; and rename the scanned invoices as <supplier>_<number>.pdf (a duplicate with _duplicate at the end). Everything in the same folder.
to dispute, before VAT. Four invoices with problems, a letter for each supplier, every scan renamed.
Don’t trust it. Trace it.- 0:11AILA reads the request.
- 0:25Looks in the folder: 9 files.
- 0:27Reads the order export from the ERP.
- 0:32Reads the agreed prices — an old .xls file.
- 0:33Reads scan 1 of 7 — a picture, not one letter of text.
- 0:36Reads scan 2 of 7.
- 0:36Reads scan 3 of 7.
- 0:37Reads scan 4 of 7.
- 0:37Reads scan 5 of 7.
- 0:37Reads scan 6 of 7.
- 0:38Reads scan 7 of 7.
- 1:04Plans the job: five steps.
- 1:14Writes down what every invoice says: 7 invoices, 12 lines.
- 2:23Writes the whole check as a program. First run: an error.
- 2:26Finds the cause and fixes it.
- 2:32Opens the old price list in a newer format.
- 2:33Runs the check again: clean, in 5.3 seconds.
- 2:35Reads her own letter the way the supplier will.
- 2:35Opens the workbook she made and checks it.
- 2:42Saves to the folder: a workbook, three letters, seven scans renamed. Nothing is sent.
- 3:03The answer: €6,556.50 to dispute.
Don’t trust the number. Follow it.
One scan. A hundred pages. Sixty-six invoices.
Pages from three suppliers, shuffled into one PDF. AILA read every page, found where each invoice begins and ends, and filed them by supplier. None misfiled. 2 minutes 7 seconds.
AILA learns.
The same job, three months running. The third month took 2.2× less time than the first. The second was slower: AILA saved the check as her own tool — and the third month, she simply used it.
# supplier_invoice_check — 457 lines, kept and reused params = folder, month, vat, currency, our_company, excel_name, save_to def money(x): … def qfmt(x): … def norm(s): … def ncode(s): … … read every scan · match every line to its order … compare every price · find duplicates · write the letters
That was the Friday work.
Now the work that takes a team of specialists. And months.
AILA designed the circuit board.
One paragraph in. A fully routed board out, ready to manufacture. This is not a picture — it is AILA’s real design file, drawn live. Tap a part. Switch the layers. Watch it route.
THE REQUESTDesign a complete, manufacturable PCB: a USB-C powered environmental sensor board with an ESP32-C3-MINI-1 module, an SHT41 temperature/humidity sensor on I2C, a 3.3 V LDO, a status LED, BOOT and RESET buttons and a 4-pin programming header. […]
AILA built the product around it.
The board needed a body. AILA designed Wisp — every part in real CAD, every fit checked before anything is made. It is in your hands now: turn it, take it apart, look inside, pick its finish.
THE REQUESTNow turn it into a real product
…

AILA tested it against physics — and found a thermal issue.
AILA simulated the heat inside the design and found a thermal issue: with the Wi-Fi always on, the board warmed its own sensor — it read +8.3 °C too warm. AILA tried the fixes an engineer would try, and fixed it in firmware, not hardware: +0.17 °C, inside the sensor’s own accuracy. Try them yourself.
THE REQUESTAnswer the engineering question honestly
…
AILA launched it.
A name, a line, a film, the photographs. Wisp. Air, quietly understood.
AILA wrote the software.
Servora runs a field-service company: the dispatch board, each technician’s day on the phone, parts, signatures, invoices, the owner’s dashboard. It is running below — drag a job onto a technician, open an invoice. Real software, not a mock-up.
AILA designed the office.
An empty 600 m² loft and fifty people. AILA drew the real plan — sheet NVS-A-100, the general arrangement at 1:75 on A1: every wall dimensioned, every desk and chair drawn and scheduled. Then she rendered the rooms and walked through them. Zoom into the drawing; pick a room and see it built.
THE REQUESTWe are moving into an empty 600 m² industrial loft. Design our new office for 50 people — focus areas, meeting rooms, a kitchen everyone loves, a place to bring clients — and show it to me.
AILA built the investor model.
Eight raw exports in. Out: the model, a 24-month forecast in three scenarios, and the board pack — every number traceable to the raw data, and AILA’s own checks on all of it. Turn the pages.
THE REQUESTHere is our company's raw data — build our investor model and the board pack.
Not an invoice tool. Not a CAD tool. Not a finance tool. AILA.

She lives in your building.
AILA runs on your company’s own server, in your own building. Your papers, your numbers, your customers — they never leave it.
She asks before anything goes out.
Letters, emails, payments — AILA prepares them. Nothing leaves until you say so.
She does the work. You decide.
Every decision stays with the person whose name is on it.
Every step on the record.
What she read, what she did, when. Any figure can be followed back to the paper — as you just did.
Three letters to suppliers are ready, with every discrepancy listed. Send them?
The invoices here belong to a sample company — every demo’s do. The work on them is real. So is everything else on this page: AILA did it.
This website was made by AILA.
Every word, every animation, every live demo — from one request. Like everything else AILA does, it comes with a receipt.
